# COVID-19 Lockdown and our dietary habits: What are we eating? A South African perspective

It has been over three months since South Africa went into lockdown. It has been a difficult period for everyone, many of us dealing with anxiety and stress induced by the uncertainty of this period. For many, the social isolation has also impacted our relationship with food. While some have resorted to comfort eating, others have had difficulty to access nutritious food or have taken a step back to re-evaluate their dietary choices.

Join us for the first FERL webinar in which our expert panellists will be unpacking what South Africans have been eating during the lockdown period, what they should be eating, and ultimately what can be done to improve our relationship with food.

You are invited to the our webinar titled: # COVID-19 Lockdown and our dietary habits: What are we eating? A South African perspective (See attached poster)
